Meet Misty Jones, MSN, APRN, CRNA
Founder & CEO – Smiles While You Sleep (SWYS)
Misty Jones is the founder and CEO of Smiles While You Sleep (SWYS), a mobile dental anesthesia practice based in Prospect, Kentucky. With over 20 years of experience in various anesthesia specialties, she established SWYS in 2021 to address the growing need for safe and accessible office-based dental anesthesia across Kentucky.
Misty earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Murray State University/Trover Clinic Program of Anesthesia in 2002. Since then, she has evolved her business, Jones Anesthesia, into a multifaceted practice encompassing several branches.
Under her leadership, SWYS has expanded its reach throughout Kentucky and has partnered with all managed care organizations (MCOs) in the state. By accepting Medicaid, SWYS has made anesthesia services more accessible to underserved populations, resulting in a significant advancement in office-based dental anesthesia across Kentucky.
